Sanlorenzo, simbolo di cultura e artigianato nel mondo della nautica, attraverso Sanlorenzo Arts, presentas l\u2019installazione Breathtaking<\/em> come primo progetto espositivo negli spazi di Casa Sanlorenzo, il nuovo hub culturale del brand a Venezia.<\/p>\n

L\u2019installazione ideata dall\u2019artista internazionale Fabrizio Ferri, \u00e8 una riflessione sull\u2019effetto devastante delle plastiche e delle microplastiche negli oceani. Un\u2019opera che evidenzia la stretta correlazione tra l\u2019inquinamento dei mari e le conseguenze letali per la nostra vita.<\/p>\n

Breathtaking<\/em> trasporter\u00e0 i visitatori nel silenzio assordante degli abissi attraverso un allestimento intenso e coinvolgente: una grande bara di vetro contenente acqua di mare, simbolo inequivocabile della vulnerabilit\u00e0 degli ecosistemi acquatici e della vita stessa, sar\u00e0 posizionata al centro di 13 grandi immagini che riuniscono personalit\u00e0 di spicco del mondo dello spettacolo come Willem Dafoe, Sting, Helena Christensen, Misty Copeland, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Gala Gonzalez, Julianne Moore, Bridget Moynahan, Carolyn Murphy, Isabella Rossellini, Susan Sarandon, Naomi Watts poste su una parete nera trafitte da chiodi di ferro grezzo.<\/p>\n

Marina Abramovi\u0107 ha dato il suo prezioso contributo all’installazione proponendo di ricreare l\u2019assenza di suono del silenzio degli abissi attraverso l\u2019utilizzo di cuffie insonorizzanti.<\/p>\n

In occasione della 60\u00aa Esposizione Internazionale d’Arte \u2013 La Biennale di Venezia, Jim Dine presenta Dog on the Forge, una grande retrospettiva a Palazzo Rocca Contarini Corf\u00f9. Con oltre 50 opere, tra cui dipinti, poesie, disegni, sculture monumentali in bronzo e installazioni, la mostra combina opere celebri con lavori site-specific e pezzi inediti. Curata da Gerhard Steidl, esplora il continuo movimento di Dine tra gli Stati Uniti e l\u2019Europa, riflettendo il suo impegno verso l\u2019ibridazione culturale e linguistica. Ambientata in un palazzo del XIV secolo sul Canal Grande, la mostra fonde l\u2019antico e il contemporaneo, reinterpretando i celebri motivi di Dine come gli strumenti da lavoro, i cuori, gli autoritratti e altro \u2014 offrendo una riflessione poetica sul suo percorso artistico e sulla sua storia personale.<\/p>\n

Peace Crystal<\/em> \u00e8 un\u2019installazione di Mariko Mori presentata dalla Faou Foundation presso il Palazzo Corner della Ca\u2019 Granda a Venezia. Ispirato dalla filosofia buddista, il cristallo simboleggia il corpo come un contenitore per l’anima, riflettendo la vita, la morte e la rinascita. Con un\u2019altezza di 167,5 cm, pari all\u2019altezza di un essere umano moderno, il cristallo \u00e8 delicatamente bilanciato sul suo punto pi\u00f9 stretto, simboleggiando il momento cruciale dell’evoluzione umana in cui l\u2019uomo si ergeva, un cambiamento che Mori considera fondamentale per lo sviluppo dell’intelligenza e della spiritualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

A Venice Simplon-Orient-Express carriage, 2024 <\/em><\/h4>\n

L’Observatoire \u00e8 una carrozza esclusiva realizzata per il Venice Simplon-Orient-Express e svelata in occasione della Biennale di Venezia con una spettacolare installazione fluttuante. Dal 17 al 22 aprile, il pubblico ha avuto l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di osservare attraverso obl\u00f2 a forma di occhio e di esplorare l\u2019interno creativamente concepito da JR, ispirato al suo amore infantile per i treni, al suo studio d’arte a Parigi, agli osservatori astronomici e ai gabinetti delle curiosit\u00e0 del Rinascimento europeo. La carrozza unisce storia e innovazione, celebrando l\u2019eredit\u00e0 del VSOE e invitando gli spettatori a intraprendere un viaggio artistico immersivo.<\/p>\n

In occasione della 60\u00aa Biennale Arte di Venezia, Breasts Art Exhibition, a cura di Carolina Pasti, ha riunito artisti emergenti e affermati per esplorare il significato culturale, personale e politico del seno. Attraverso dipinti, sculture, fotografie e film, la mostra ha affrontato temi come maternit\u00e0, sessualit\u00e0, emancipazione e malattia, proponendo il seno come simbolo potente e complesso, capace di sfidare stereotipi e riflettere sull\u2019identit\u00e0 e le norme sociali.<\/p>\n

Una serie esclusiva di incontri serali durante la MIART e la Design Week di Milano, ognuno dei quali abbina uno chef sperimentale a un artista importante in un dialogo diretto. Queste serate curate creano momenti privilegiati in cui la gastronomia d’autore e l’arte contemporanea si interrogano attivamente, rivelando profonde risonanze estetiche.<\/p>\n

Il progetto indaga su come la cucina contemporanea trascenda il semplice nutrimento per affermarsi come mezzo espressivo autonomo. All’interno di ogni serata di collaborazione, l’atto culinario si dispiega come una risposta estetica multisensoriale a concetti artistici: esiste in uno spazio-tempo definito e viene consumato nel momento della sua fruizione, mentre si impegna concettualmente con espressioni artistiche pi\u00f9 permanenti. L’evento riunir\u00e0 nove delle principali gallerie della citt\u00e0, ognuna delle quali presenter\u00e0 un artista di fama internazionale, abbinato a uno chef d’eccezione per nove cene uniche, esplorando il dialogo tra gastronomia e arte.<\/p>\n
