About
Chiara Bordin
Chiara Bordin brings over 10 years of expertise in curating and managing cultural initiatives in Italy’s major art cities, with a particular focus on Venice.
From designing large-scale exhibitions to transforming historical buildings into dynamic art spaces, she has become a key figure in the city’s vibrant art scene. A native Venetian, Chiara has chosen to make Venice not only her home, but the heart of her professional commitment—working to return cultural and social value to the city and its community through her projects and the reactivation of normally inaccessible heritage spaces.
She has collaborated with prestigious international museums, curators, and institutions, overseeing notable projects at the Venice Biennale and beyond. Her hands-on approach spans scouting venues, managing complex logistics, coordinating suppliers, and handling all organizational details.
Alongside her work with cultural institutions, Chiara Bordin advises luxury brands and private partners looking to engage meaningfully with the cultural world. With a strong background in marketing and communication, she builds strategic partnerships where financial support for the arts translates into brand visibility and long-term value, creating virtuous, mutually enriching exchanges.
Chiara also specializes in the adaptive reuse of historic properties for cultural purposes.
She currently acts as an advisor for Barnes Venezia, offering consulting services at the intersection of real estate and cultural development. She is also currently responsible for the management of Palazzo Cavanis and Casa Sanlorenzo, and maintains ongoing consultancy roles with Palazzo Contarini Rocca Corfù and Palazzo Contarini della Porta di Ferro.
